Staff Employment Policy
Our firm is committed to employ and develop tertiary educated accountants who are prepared and committed to progress through the firm; develop their technical, people and management skills; develop areas of interest and specialisation; and with a high level of integrity, commitment, professional image, business acumen, common sense and commercialism.
It is our policy to provide the appropriate training and environment to our staff to achieve their goals.
Accounting staff categories and criteria
Our accounting staff is categorized according to their role, level of experience and contribution to the firm. We have set out the following criteria as a guideline for those who either will commence employment with us or for the current staff who aspire to progress through our firm.
The firm provides support for undergraduate accountants who are currently studying a commerce or business course at a University recognised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia as being eligible for enrolment in the CA program.
CA Program Policy
The firm makes the commitment to contribute to relevant expenses in undertaking the CA Program conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. The contribution will be made for the staff first attempt at the module. Study leave and examine leave are also provided.
Study assistance towards other professional qualifications and professional development will be granted on individual basis.
